Beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home located in the popular BellaVida community. This lovely home features an open floor plan with plenty of natural light illuminating the central living area and the kitchen space. This home features a beautiful master bedroom with plenty of windows illuminating the room beautifully. The master features an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks. The additional guest bedroom has a large bed and has its own with ensuite bathroom. Two additional guest rooms are furnished with two beds each to accommodate additional family and guests. The garage of the home is outfitted with a pool table and foosball table. Outside of the sliding doors is a beautiful private pool area with plenty of outdoor seating and a relaxing conservation view. BellaVida is a guard gated community featuring plenty of amenities for its guests, including, a great community pool, playground, and clubhouse.

* a clean fee may apply. Ask for details.
* Pool and spa heating can be added to your booking. It will costs $30 per night of stay + tax
* You may need to add a refundable $250 security deposit. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire, welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

family vacation 2024

My family and I enjoyed our week vacation at the vacation home! The house was nothing short of amazing and beautiful. It was very clean from the kitchen/living room area to all bedrooms and bathrooms. It was especially nice that everyone had their own bathroom in their room as well as have a half bath outside by the pool to keep from running in/out of the house. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and utensils which was nice to have to cook some nights. The home was in a nice location where we were close to several fun things to do in the area with family and just 20+ minutes from Orlando to enjoy SeaWorld, Aquatica, etc. Lastly, the property manager was always available for any questions or concerns we had during our stay which was a major plus! Overall 10/10 would recommend this vacation home. I would definitely book this property again in the future!

Exactly what we needed

The house was perfect for our stay. Good location and very nice house. It had all we needed. I would say the upstairs main bedroom had the hardest mattress I have ever slept on. But besides that it was great.

Bedroom Picture Was A Lie and no electric in master bath

Unfortunately, the 4 bedroom house duplicated a picture of one of the bedrooms with different furniture. A total deception and when we got to the house, the 4th bedroom had a bunkbed. False advertising for sure! THEN, after you book with them, they uncharge you for the pool heater, well we didn't need the pool heater in June, but the "pool heater" also heats the hot tub! In no written document was that ever stated, so we had a pool and a smaller pool with bubbles. Highly disappointed! THEN, we didn't have working electrical outlets in the Master Bathroom upstairs. The property management company guys were great and came out right away, they couldn't figure it out, so they had to call the electrician the next day. Well the electrician couldn't get out till Wednesday and that's when we left. The pool was clean and the place was clean, but you only get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, that didn't last more than 2 days for everyone that stayed there. No tissues, no paper towels, no condiments, dish soap was left there from pervious vacationers. You did get some utensils, cups and a couple of pots to cook in. The towels they have there for the pool barely covered a butt cheek and were not large beach towels. The bath towels were a nice size. I felt very duped by the pictures as it was not an accurate description of the property. Again, the property manager people were on it when I called about the electric, so they were great. There was not an attendant at the gate. The garbage did not get picked up as stated. These are not the fault of the property owner bus she should be aware of this. The toilet upstairs leaked through the vents to the lower level bathroom. The repair men were quick to fix this

Beautiful House

Good vacation home. Nice pool and hot tub, good to have washer and dryer and very nice to have bathrooms in every bedroom. In my opinion improvements needed with upgrade of mattresses, all 5 of us had same opinion, old flat and uncomfortable. Coffee maker could be upgraded to a keurig as when used it leaked. TVs in the bedrooms were too small, but we were busy so not really missed but upgrade to 32” would be better than computer monitor size.

Stunning and Fabulous

Best family vacation we've ever had! With every one having their own bedroom with attached bathroom, it was amazing. The maintenance people were fabulous when a screen around pool came detached while away at Disney, they came out within the hour of our call and fixed it. Perfect space and layout of property such that all 8 of us never were tripping over each other. Pool was plenty big enough for all us as well. Very clean and furnished nicely. Will definitely be back. One thing - the bedroom represented with 2 single beds actually had a double/single bunk bed and with (2) 14 y.o. boys the size of grown men, every time one moved in their sleep, the bunk bed moved and woke the other up...just an FYI to update the pics/ description.

Bellavida Excellent stay

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. The house was gorgeous and really clean. The only issue was that the left side of the stove was not working and the knob for one of the eyes came off when I tried to turn it on. I reported this to the property management company, who was very responsive and easy to reach. We also reported that the previous renters did not bag the trash correctly so there were items not picked up. Overall, the stay was great and we would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Dusty and not clean

The house was very, very dusty my child had a severe allergic reaction to the amount of dust in the house which ruined our trip. The house does have good amenities just needs to be cleaned throughly so people can enjoy. Very disappointed…

I will recommend this property to family and friends. It was easy to communicate with property management team. I recommended to the property manager to check behind his cleaning crew more carefully because I found debris and dust in the house and garage that should have been cleaned before I checked in on April 27th.
