Extra Services

Pool heating (an extra service from Vacation Homes 4U): US$ 35 per day, 3-day minimum, with the water at about 90°F (32°C). If requested after arrival, there is a single charge of US$ 25, and the water takes up to 24 hours to heat
Grill (an extra service from Vacation Homes 4U): US$ 85 per stay
Early check-in or late checkout (an extra service from Vacation Homes 4U): 70% of the nightly rate, with advance notice and subject to availability

Deliveries
Packages: use UPS, DHL or FedEx, delivered to the front door of the home.

Your pet is very welcome! Up to 3 pets of up to 33 lbs (15 kg), US$ 50 per animal. For larger animals, please talk to us first. So that everyone enjoys the stay, we kindly ask that pets stay off the beds, sofas and rugs. We also appreciate your help keeping the home clean and picking up after your pet. Thank you for taking care of our home!
