Superbly furnished 4 bed villa with private south facing pool area

Nestled in the prestigious gated community of West Haven close to the Disney Theme Parks and I4 Highway

Villa
Our villa is located in a quiet cul de sac in the private gated community of West Haven. This well maintained community has immaculate landscaping, gardens and roads. The pristine south facing pool and spa area has the sun all day long, perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing and enjoying the sunset after a long day at the nearby Disney Parks or other major attractions.

The villa is light and decorated to a very high standard. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area deliver a feeling of space and comfort. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite). The master bedroom opens directly onto the pool area. For your enjoyment there is a 65” smart TV in the lounge, TVs in all bedrooms and high speed Wifi internet access. The garage has been converted into a games room with table tennis and table football. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Local Amenities and Attractions
Guests have full access to the community clubhouse, gym, tennis courts and swimming pool. The villa is only a couple of minutes’ drive from Champions Gate golf complex, supermarkets and restaurants. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes away by car. The Disney Parks are 10 minutes away. Other attractions within easy reach include premium retail outlet parks, Universal Studios, Sea World and International Drive. If you like the arts then Downtown Orlando has a lot to offer.

Coastline and Beaches
One hours drive east will take you to the fabulous beaches and nature reserves of the Atlantic coastline, Cocoa Beach and Canaveral, and one hour west takes you to resorts of the Gulf Coast including Clearwater and Tampa.

Managing your Holiday
The villa is superbly maintained with a property manager at hand and a local office to visit for information and assistance during your stay.

Always a good time

We stay at this location as often as possible. It’s a great price for value. I was disappointed that the spa was not working. The owner was quick to respond but the property manager only responded that he’d look into it. A week later we had not heard from him and it was not fixed. I would definitely still go back because normally everything is in working order and the owner is very generous with his pool and spa heat which is very much appreciated. We were just a bit bummed this time to not be able to enjoy the spa. The key to the side gate of the neighborhood was not working either but I don’t believe that was the properties fault. Overall it’s an excellent value for the price.

Beautiful West Haven Villa.

First time staying at this villa in The Abbey at West Haven, having stayed in numerous other villas on this development in the past. This villa was beautifully decorated and very spacious, and included everything a couple or family would need for a wonderful Central Florida vacation. The south facing private pool and spa was very refreshing in the hot climate and had plenty of space for sunbathing etc. Disney World is 20 minutes drive away, and there are numerous dining/shopping outlets a mere 5/10 minutes away in the Championgate area.

I would Stay again!

The location is close to everything you need including theme parks, grocery stores etc. The kids loved the pool and spent most of their down time swimming! The owner is very responsive and accommodated as needed without issues.

Fabulous stay

Excellent home for our family

We enjoyed our week in the house, all was as advertised with plenty of dishes and towels for the 5 of us. Spa and pool were quiet, clean and warm, appreciated after a long day of walking. Gordon was very prompt with communication, thank you!

Windsor Place

Directions for gaining access to this gated community and the rental property were clear and easy to follow. The home was clean and ready for our arrival. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Walking throughout the neighbourhood felt safe and a walking track behind the house was a nice addition. The heated pool was used every day and the lanai made sitting outside bug free. The major Orlando attractions all seem to be within a thirty minute drive. We would return to this property should the opportunity arise and recommend it to friends and family.

Can’t wait to come back

So easy to work with Gordon and his management company! If we had a question, it was answered immediately. Highlight for us was the south facing pool and hot tub! We were in it everyday - especially after golf! Property is close to everything we needed. Newer flooring throughout. We stayed for 2 months and have already booked the property for next year!

Great stay

Villa was just what we needed for 70th Birthday trip for my mother in law. Great location, handy to supermarkets and parks. Pool and hot tub were brilliant and patio area was a great space.

We enjoyed our holiday at this nicely presented villa. Gordon handle everything from the initial booking to check-in wonderfully and this continued during our stay when we had a couple of minor issues that were very promptly dealt with by his local team. Thanks Gordon!

Canadian Golf Getaway

Having reserved in 2020 but having to cancel due to COVID we were fortunate to have our preferred week available for 2022. Gordon was gracious and responsive considering the time zones and the property was better than shown in the photos. Beautiful Villa

Quiet neighbourhood, the house was spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. It was close to the parks and shopping areas. The large pool and hot tub were put to use after a busy day. We really enjoyed our stay, a week wasn’t long enough. Would definitely come back!

Lovely villa.

Lovely villa in a great location with easy access to Champions Gate and the supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The hot tub was fantastic, the perfect place to relax in the evening after a busy day at the parks.
