Swim Up Pool Bar, Movie Theater - 2 miles to Disney World

When redesigning this home, we sought out to take full advantage of it’s prime location; new pool deck with swim up bar and summer kitchen, Master Bedroom and Living Room have all been optimized to enjoy the wonderful views of this gorgeous lake.

The villas interior is tastefully designed to please the most discerning guest. The large living room features 20 foot high ceilings, with amazing two story views of the lake and pool deck, and a large 75” LED flat screen TV. The large kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line LG stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with a large Island and bar seating for 9 guests. An additional breakfast area provides table seating for an additional 7 guests.

Movie fans can relax on the 9 leather reclined seats with LED cup holders or eat in the back row at the bar with stool seating for 4 while choosing from a wide selection of movies from Vudu or iTunes library. Before the movie, you may choose to play classic arcade games or Call of Duty on the Playstation 4 or X-Box with its 60” LED TV in the Video Game Room. Additionally, the adjoining Games Room features a full size Billiard’s table and Air hockey table with wet bar, fridge and microwave to make popcorn before the movie or just watch sports on the wall mounted 60” TV.

Bedrooms feature 5 Master en-suites with King beds; 1 Teen themed en-suite Twin bedroom (sleeps 2) and 2 themed Double Bunk bedrooms (each sleeping 4). The kid’s rooms share a full bathroom.

Upstairs you can relax on the covered balcony with great views of the lake or catch up on emails in the office area with the Apple Mac computers or read quietly in the reading area. Feeling energetic, make use of the gym with it's treadmill, elliptical and free weights while watching the 50” TV.

Last but not least, spend your day or night outside in the 2 story screened in pool area, deck and large 30,000 gallon free form saline pool. Decide to have a cocktail in the pool at your own resort style swim up pool bar or go underwater to continue to listen to your favorite music with the pools underwater speakers. Kids can relax in the large shallow sun shelf while playing with the lighted LED bubblers. Adults can relax in the large heated spa that accommodates 8 adults. 2 large 60” TV’s hang down to allow guests to watch TV from the pool, pool bar, or over 1,200 square foot covered summer kitchen. The Pool area offers 2 separate cooking areas. The first is the swim up pool bar kitchen that has a 30” DCS grill, sink, ice maker and fridge and the other under the lanai where you will find a 48” grill, another fridge, large sink and dishwasher. Table and counter seating for over 20 guests and large lounge seating with lake views.

For the security of the home, we have cameras placed on the outside off the property. There are located in the following areas: Motorcourt, Entrance to the front door, sides of the homes, above the grill, above the swim up bar facing the entrance to the lanai and on above the pool and cooling equipment.
