Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 10 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Soft morning light drifts across the private pool and spa as you step outside, the air warm and steady in the Orlando Area’s year-round breeze. Inside, open spaces flow toward a beach-themed living area where you can gather for slow breakfasts or unwind after full days at the nearby parks. Evenings settle gently around the home, offering quiet moments by the water or lively rounds of games in the fully air-conditioned game room.

Sleeping arrangements
This single level home sleeps up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms designed for comfort and convenience. Two master suites feature king beds, ensuite baths, and ceiling fans. A queen bedroom offers a relaxed retreat, while a full-over-full bunk room welcomes younger guests. The family room includes two queen memory foam pull-out sofas and a 65 inch HDTV with streaming options.

Outdoor living
The private outdoor pool and spa are available all year, with space to enjoy the warm Orlando Area climate at any time. Sun loungers, a hammock, outdoor dining, and a gas grill create a relaxed setting for afternoons by the water. Guests also have lake access and use of nearby resort facilities, including a shared gym.

Indoor amenities
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals at home, and a large dining table offers room for shared gatherings. A dedicated workspace sits in a quiet room with a door. High-speed wifi supports streaming, remote work, and entertainment throughout your stay. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans ensure comfort in every season.

The air-conditioned game room includes a pool table, ping pong table, life size games, books, and multiple seating areas. An additional themed space and a children’s playroom with toys and books invite play for all ages.

Nice Property

I liked this property, it was in a nice neighborhood, the pool and hot tub were great. Management was very responsive and replaced the can opener that was broken the next morning.
