Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights).

Additionally, there is a private game room equipped with a foosball table and a ping pong table. Upstairs in the loft, there's a cozy TV room where you can relax and watch TV, with a futon for an additional guest.

For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor and a full bathroom next to it. The remaining bedrooms are situated on the second floor.

? We offer Pool & Spa heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90? (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

? We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused during its use.

? Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
