"If I can rate this hotel, a zero I would have rated a zero, but you guys would not allow me to do it. I would never stay at Westgate resort and spa ever again in my life. I shouldn’t have to pay to use a waterpark that is being advertised as if it’s included in the nightly rates. This resort gets a zero from me and I wish I can get my money back from staying there, a matter of fact, I didn’t even stay the fourth night. That’s just how horrible the resort was."

"The rooms were spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The property was well maintained. Every employee I spoke to was friendly. There is plenty of parking, and it is included in the cost. There were tons of employees in golf carts at all hours, creating many traffic hazards on the properties. There was often a massive backup at the gate from 2pm until after 7pm, as they would use the verified guest lane for non-guests who had to be verified, sometimes taking as long as 5 minutes per vehicle....

"The other locations of Westgate are better for very small children but the Palace is great for older teenagers, 17 or 18 years old and for the grown & sexy who want a quiet getaway near great International Drive attractions. It was perfect!! I wish the bar was open to serve drinks other than beer. Having Starbucks was excellent as well as the Lavazza café in the condos. Bring back the Serenity Spa brand of bath products!! It would've been nice to have a frozen rum punch or piña colada by the...

"I managed to snag a last-minute room at this hotel on a bustling Saturday, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! The front desk guy was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and to top it off, they graciously upgraded us because our original room was undergoing renovations—talk about a winning deal! The accommodations were spotless, spacious, and truly comfortable, making the stay unforgettable. I absolutely loved the vibe of the room and will definitely be booking this place again....
