What I like about Westgate Town Center Resort, is that this resort is close to the Disney Theme Parks. The resort has many restaurants where to choose from. And so many activities for children and a big dog park. Wonderful!

In my first room the AC wasn’t working but they quickly got me another room with a AC. They kept closing the pool due to thunder which sucked because it would thunder but never rained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, food was just ok on site. We never got to use the pool or water park in 2 days because they closed it, even when lightning was hours away. Will be back for a second chance and longer stay to see if we can get the full experience.

Great for families with lots of entertainment for children of all ages. I would be aware of fees associated with stay. The water park admission is not included with your stay. The ice skating, daily kids activities, and arcade are also not included. It was nice for the purpose it served but probaly wouldn’t return.

I loved the landscape, the up to date rooms, the balconies with water view was perfect, cleanliness was good. I was under impressed by some of the activities equipment being out of order and having to pay so much for most which is quite costly if you're traveling with a family.

The stay was good; my only issue was the laundry—the washers and dryers on the 4th floor of building 5400 were in very poor condition and didn't work properly. The staff and service were excellent, everything was very clean, and the text-based support system works very well and quickly. Thank you; I recommend the resort 100% and will definitely be back. We traveled as a family of 3. The 1 br room was really nice and separated. For someone who’s never been here, this place is huge! It took me a good 24 hours of “exploring” to get a good grip on everything. They really do have just about anything you need there, if not it is directly across the Main Street from the biggest Walmart I’ve ever been to in my life! Perfect location for gift shops and waterparks Disney and everything else is close. The water park at the resort was the best! It’s FULL of different activities and water slides. The lazy man river was a fan favorite and we spent hours there! The property is beautiful and has wildlife. My son absolutely loved it and so did we, can’t wait to come back!

The room was wonderful. Nice clean and so spacious. They had plates, bowls, cups and silverware. I wasn’t expecting that. Nice refridgerator/ freezer. Staff was very nice and helpful when needed. Definitely recommend this location. Kids had a blast
