The clubhouse features a lazy river, putting green, a playground, a splash park, a resort-style swimming pool, a tiki bar with a myriad of popular cold drinks and delicious snacks, and a beach volleyball court. There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community.

Strategically located in the Kissimmee area, it has easy access to major Florida highways, such as SR 535, I-4, and US 192.

Guests can take advantage of its short distance to explore nearby shopping and dining options, many nature trails, conservation areas, and entertainment too! Including the famous parks: Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and much more!

On the ground floor, guests are greeted through an elegant entrance which along the hallway has access to the first bedroom that has a delightful racing car kids-theme McQueen Disney with two FullSize beds, the Laundry Room, a shared Full-Bathroom, and another bedroom with a QueenSize bed that is elegantly decorated.

Moreover, leading the way to the open-floor plan with a full-equipped modern kitchen, comfortable living room, and contemporary dinning room that seats 6, all with atmospheric tones of blue throughout its decor. Through glass-screen doors is the patio and private pool area, fit with seating for relaxing and lounging on warm afternoons.

Going up, there is a neutral toned Master bedroom with an ensuite Full-Bathroom and KingSize bed, a dainty and Tinker Bell's Magically decorated bedroom with two FullSize beds and a beautiful mural, a shared Full-Bathroom, and lastly a nautical-themed bedroom with QueenSize bed and ensuite Full-Bathroom.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.

We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.

We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
