This place is lovely. Wonderful shower and comfortable beds with excellent linens. Great breakfast and host. Caution this place is not able to accommodate bicycles.

Extraordinary location. Everything is beautiful and well thought of. Crazy beautiful art pieces in every room and super gentle cool and kind stuff. The restaurant Le Daniel is extraordinary. Service and food. Should be at least Michelin recommended.

Clean room and nice staff. 7 min walk to food options.

My husband and I had a lovely, one night stay at this boutique hotel in Orleans over the Christmas holiday. The property maintains its original charm while being equipped with modern day conveniences. The staff at the front desk were helpful and polite. We will return if we end up touring through the Loire Valley in the future.

Staff was very accommodating. Great small hotel in a great quiet location.

Top notch place in the heart of medieval neighborhood. Very well modernized, beautiful and conveniently located! On the downside: no elevator (limited accessibility for elder travelers or travelers with special needs), many messages for accessing the property sent on different devices with partial info each time making it confusing to find critical info (some info came via email, other on Expedia and some on WhatsApp). All should be sent via one platform instead to reduce confusion. A/C was set...

Easy walking to food, drink and attractions. Close public transit. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our A/C had an intermittent rattle but did not keep us awake. Good shower but it soaks the floor. We like and recommend this hotel.

Convenient location within walking distance to the core. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious and varied. Would return again.

The hotel location was wonderful, right in the heart of the ancient city, walkable to all sites. The tourism office has a wonderful self- guided walking tour for $9E and they are just two blocks away. The superior room was a nice size, anecdotes in the room were good. They did not have ice or wine glasses at the hotel to use. Staff was pleasant.

A nice place to stay, but with a problem: the owner, Mme Arnelle Tocquet, who seems to exhibit contempt for her guests. Three examples: we arrive at 3:30PM, door is locked shut, no ringing or knocking success; a phone call raises a live voice, who explains that the hotel opens at 4. When I ask why this is not posted, she is adamant that it is: later when in person I confront her about this, and she points to a long ago faded sheet, totally illegible, and claims the information is there. ...

Staff were tremendous: helpful and courteous. Room was great and the swimming pool was a bonus. Great location, close to the train station. Second stay for us.

When I got into town, my access to the building via text did not work. I called the company and they helped me get in. It was great communication all through my stay. I would love to stay there again.

Air conditioning, full kitchen, Aldi around the corner. Free parking. Score.

Great courtyard for parking. Close walk to city center.
