"This is a first class hotel. Lovely in every way. The staff was extremely helpful. The room and amenities are excellent. Truly a luxury 5 star property. We had massages at the spa which was excellent! This was our first visit to this lovely mountain town. It has so much character! We loved walking around and experiencing this Italian experience, I highly recommend this hotel and Limone!"

"The owner was very nice and accommodating. The room was very nice too, however the bathroom had the smallest shower we have ever encountered. At most it was two feet by two feet inside dimensions. Don’t drop the soap. :)"

"Absolutely lovely hotel in a stunningly restored Renaissance palazzo. We booked for one night and ended up staying three nights. Spotless clean, excellent service, and tasteful rooms in a scenic little town with few tourists. Ideal for day trips to Asti, Alba, Fossano, Cuneo, and other culturally relevant sites in the Piemonte. We fell in love with Mondovi, its excellent restaurants, and the calm genius loci. Barbara and Massimo, the owners, gave us a tour of the palazzo and the neighborhood....

"This is a very good hotel and well worth repeat visits. In the hills with outstanding views. To go to the village or seaside resorts down the hill you need to use a car. Long distance, narrow and no footpath makes walking impossible. The local bus service should be avoided. Infrequent and I have been on more comfortable roller coasters. That means you spend more time eating in the hotel’s excellent restaurant (and pool) so budget to do that. Also don’t leave without a few jars of their...
