Hotel staff should not enter into hotel rooms without giving prior notice (Hotel staff was coming into rooms using their master key at any time without informing in advance to keep things in rooms like soaps, pillow cover, etc. This should be done on a predefined time frame or at least should be informed in advance. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, full kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is always someone available anytime of the day. The water and coffee machines in lobby are an added plus. Definitely recommend!"
