Whip up all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with an array of stainless steel appliances. Meet up for mealtimes at the dining room table and adjacent breakfast bar. Then enjoy board games or sink into the comfortable living area to watch TV and relax in the cool central air-conditioning. You'll also discover a number of local eateries, shops and grocers nearby. Just a quick drive to Ormond Beach's quaint downtown, with easy access to multiple parks, Daytona Beach Main Street Pier, Ocean Center, Daytona International Speedway, Congo River Golf and more! Approximately 1 hour drive to St. Augustine and 90 mins to Walt Disney World.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
