Beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The beach view from the balcony was absolutely amazing and made mornings and evenings so relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here!

Ormond beach condo

Perfect Beach Stay

We rented this property due to a friend's daughter's graduation. It was the perfect beach vacation. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, watch the sunrise and even saw a rocket launch from the patio. We will definitely stay here again if we are staying in the area.

Perfect beach get away

This unit is clean and beautifully decorated. The beach is gorgeous and never crowded. The view from the patio takes your breath away. I can't imagine anyone wanting to stay elsewhere!!

This was the 3rd year for my daughter, granddaughter and me, on our little weekend away together, staying at this same building in Ormond Beach. This year we chose a different unit and were so happy we did!! As the description states, it’s newly renovated. Beautifully done, just like the pictures. Everything was clean and lovely. The kitchen is well-stocked, The living room has very comfortable sofas and a comfy swivel chair. Bedrooms are also comfortable and quiet. Bathroom has plenty of towels, hair products & shower gel. There are also beach towels that we were very thankful for-we forgot to bring our own. I have no complaints or criticisms. Communication with Michelle was always excellent. We were a 3 minute walk to the beach and because of the location, it’s pretty private. There is public parking further north and lots of activity. If you are looking for a peaceful, more private setting this is for you! The city or county has done a wonderful job restoring the beach & access to it from storm damage / erosion that was evident the past 2 years. We don’t get out once the car is parked - we bring food or order in, so I can’t talk about the night life! Also, there are several owners of other units in the building that we have gotten to know over the last visits. Everyone is wonderful and friendly. Time passes too quickly here, so savor every minute! We will be back!

Don't let the exterior fool you

The exterior of the building looks a bit run down and neglected but the condo itself is immaculate! Michelle has done an excellent job ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Family's visit with me inFlorida

I live a few blocks away and needed extra room for my sister and step daughter, since more family was staying at my house. The apartment had only 1 bathroom and no washer/dryer, but was perfect for extra rooms for visitors, and the price was very reasonable. The apartment has been updated recently and is lovely with a nice view of the ocean from the balcony.

We had a wonderful time!

We had zero issues checking in. The condo was very clean and accomodating! The pool is very clean, and the location is unbeatable. This is my second time staying in one of Michelle's properties, but our third time staying at this specific condominium location. Both years, I've contacted Michelle and received a very timely response, resolving whatever concerns we had! Our family vacation was wonderful, and am so thankful for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It is beautiful on the inside and very well appointed with all that you need. The outdoor pool is heated. Parking spaces are limited but you can always park in front of the garage assigned to the unit so if you have just one car it’s not an issue. The outside areas of the building could use some TLC but really and truly it wasn’t an issue and my kids were super sad when we had to leave. And check in was a breeze and contactless.

Enjoyed our Stay

Nice balcony view from sunrise to evening. We were able to view the distant flame of a couple of rocket launches even though launch site is many miles away. The condo is nicely furnished with the essentials. The king bed is very comfortable. The exterior of the building as being renovated. The beach access across the road was being reworked to prevent storm erosion. We enjoyed the many public beaches with nice benches and restrooms. Convenient shopping and many restaurants within a few minutes driving distance.Overall we had a nice stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Beach Access

With the beach access being right across the street, you couldn’t ask for a better location! The view from the balcony is amazing, pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a great spot to drink coffee and watch the sun rise. We even got to see a shuttle launch from the Kennedy Space Center right from the balcony. The beach and pool were never busy. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and there’s plenty to do in Ormond beach, or it’s just a short drive to Daytona. But honestly, sitting on the beach and watching the surfers was entertainment enough for us. The pool is bigger and deeper than anticipated, our kids loved being able to dive for toys. There’s a convenient outside shower to wash off the sand before going inside or into the pool. They provide beach chairs, towels, pool toys, and a cooler. There is a beach umbrella, but it was broken so we didn’t take it with us. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee which is a nice additional amenity. The laundry room is just down stairs and easy to get to. It takes 8 quarters per wash, and 8 per dry, so plan accordingly if you plan to do laundry. Even while she was out of the country, the host was easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was a breeze! We may not be able to stay here again, unfortunately, just because our kids don’t do well sharing a room. But if we ever get to take a solo vacation without kids, this will be the first place we book!

We came to FL for my stepdaughter’s highschool graduation and I’m so happy I found this place! The condo is in a perfect location - convenient to everything. It has all you need to enjoy a beach stay. There are beach chairs (and maybe an umbrella - we didn’t use it) in the second bedroom closet. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water, and the balcony is nice for early morning/late evening sitting with coffee or a cold drink to enjoy the the ocean breeze and waves. I overlooked several things (parking spot - it’s in front of garage door I; wifi password is on the fridge; the keypad on the door can be a little finicky - you have to really make sure it’s pulled all the way closed) I sent messages to the host she was kind enough to respond to me even though she was out of the country. It’s a great little spot! We really enjoyed our stay!
