"Property was not cleaned. Dirty linens were piled on beds and kitchen counter. Dirty towels were left in bathroom. The Vacasa placard indicated the last maid service was May 9 - over a month prior to our arrival. We contacted Vacasa, who indicated the local team would be contacting us and arriving to clean the space. We never heard from them, and at 11pm we were left with no choice but to spend the night in the uncleaned space. We contacted Vacasa again in the morning to indicate we were...

"We loved this really nice above garage cabin just outside of Leavenworth. Very well decorated with nice furniture, perfect kitchen and a great bed. Really nice deck with hot tub below. Great views of surrounding mountains. Highly recommend this lodging for in and around Leavenworth."
