Die Terrasse läd zum Essen und verweilen ein. Ansonsten hat das Grundstück nicht viel zu bieten. Dopo tanti anni di esperienza posso confermare che una casa così tenuta bene e così confortevole è veramente difficile da trovare. Anche la posizione è ottima... Nella parte alta di Orosei. Vermieter - kein persönlicher Kontakt - nicht immer erreichbar und unbeständiges WLAN ; Sicherung fällt bei zeitgleicher Nutzung von z.B. Wasserkocher und Ofen oder Boiler und Toaster etc. pp. heraus. Küchenfenster zur Nachbarterasse. Dennoch empfehlenswert!"
