"I have travelled around the world and I will say that this place was the most disgusting place I ever ever stayed. Nothing was as described. Service was nonexistent garbage was never taken away. Towels were never replaced. Sheets were the same ones for nine days I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"The description of property was accurate and the proximity to ocean was great. Approximately 5 minutes walk through a vacant lot to the beach. The pool was very large and temperature was always very warm. We enjoyed seeing scarlet mackaws flying early in the morning each day. The linens and towels were clean. Everyone in our group agreed we would not hesistate to stay here again. Communication with owner was prompt and easy. Thank you!"

"We loved this condo. Very safe and beautiful. The pool was pleasant with beautiful views. The walk to the beach is a lot of stairs but wasn’t a problem for any of my kids and we saw wildlife on the stairs including huge iguanas, frogs, butterflies, crabs, and even a raccoon looking animal. "For reference we stayed in Atenas Costa Rica April 14th through April 19th. The house is gorgeous, and the view from the backyard is stunning. On two separate occasions toucans came to the tree in the backyard to feed on the berries. We also had 6 head of cows/ bulls wander up one morning while we enjoyed coffee on the back porch.
