"We were given an ADA room, we don't require ADA amenities so we didn't have the counter space, seating, etc that we are accustomed too, the shower was a roll in shower so there was water everywhere when we showered making it slippery and dangerous for us when using the bathroom. The hot tub didn't work, it was warm but the timer didn't turn the bubbles on. I called the front desk and asked for an extra pillow on our first night and they never brough it. I had to call again in the morning to make sure we had it for our last night."

"Clean room, but at the complimentary breakfast area; staff is unfriendly and was watching you like a hawk on the things you get to eat. Breakfast was very limited to just a pastry, bananas, and coffee/tea."
