"We had a wonderful time at the Hotel. So clean, quite, loved the Hot Tub, breakfast every day was awesome. So happy with the choice we made when coming to Oroville for our family get together. We'll definitely come back. Thank you for helping make our vacation memories.

"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate.
The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most...
"Everything thing was above expectations. The room was very comfortable including the bed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay there again."
"Nice location off the freeway. Very clean. Happy to see wood floors in the rooms. Could use an upgrade in the lobby with a nice lounge area, but they might still be remodeling. There was a loud motorcycle outside our window in the middle of the night and I’m not sure why they needed to rev their engine as long as they did, but I suppose that’s not the hotel’s fault. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. "
"My husband was experiencing a medical situation and the staff was very helpful and supportive, especially the Security staff. Getting me a wheelchair, getting us to our hotel room and then to the car when we left. I am very grateful for their help."

The managers are lovely and very helpful. Its a much warmer and more personal experience that most motels provide. Bed was comfy, bath water was nice and hot!
Its my favorite place to stay in Chico! Plus, its not over priced. I think many of us are tired of being gouged when we need a place to stay. Their pricing is very reasonable.
