Clean and pleasant accommodation, with good natural surrounds and plenty of bird life. Do not however take a pet. Whilst the park claims to be dog friendly, it is very much not.

I’ve been visiting Shepparton Holiday Village for many years, and it’s great to see the improvements being made to the cabins. However, I was disappointed to see the removal of the jumping pillow, as it was always a hit with the kids. They did get a bit bored at times without it. That said, I still highly recommend the property—it's peaceful, well-maintained, and conveniently close to the shops.

Very clean cabin and comfortable bed. The kitchen is well equipped which allows us to cook our meals. We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay. Will definitely stay again when we visit Shepparton the next time.

Bunk beds incredibly uncomfortable and squeaky with every slight movement. Double bed quite comfy. Felt a bit unclean, very small unit but fine for a couple of days. Easy check in and out, secure access and a good kids playground. Shared amenities very clean and updated, shame the cabins haven’t been updated in the same way

Very well presented and family friendly. You can bring kids and there is place for everyone to rest, relax and go back to our busy life schedule. Staffs are friendly and great services. Just little thought only, put some more convenient items to buy at the front desk reception area but otherwise it is superb. Highly recommended and looking for another stay again in the near future . We had a one night stay with our two dogs, we appreciated we coups take them with us. The mattresses were so hard and we got bedbugs or fleas from The bedding with a few of us with small bites all over us from sleeping in the beds. It had everything we needed and was clean, good heating and a small older style bathroom and cabin.

Cabin 5 was ok, everything worked, was clean. However, double bed was uncomfortable, and I had a sore back the next morning. Only a very small TV, which, on channel 7 I couldn't watch the AFL game as it kept going to a dark screen intermittently. Other channels didn't have that problem. Ended up watching the footy on my tablet through Foxtel. Other than that, all was good.

Good communication. Text with after hours instructions. Happy with the cabin except all the bird poo on the car. Aircon worked well. Tv could be larger.

Fix the door lock on cabin 22, remove the bunk beds and put a small lounge in its place and make that area a small tv area, when just a couple is travelling with NO KIDS, mount the tv to the wall up above the kitchen bench, check the power point left hand side of sink, the on off buttons are hard to move, put a table & chairs under the sun shade on the grassed area. And finally put blankets or electric blanket on the bed. I had a new hot plate as your two burner elements is not enough to cook on. And your power point as mentioned above blew it up. i wouldnt stay here again.
