"Felt like I was staying in a hotel not a hostel. The free wine tasting was fun and met some great people. Not far from the Ruins bars."

"It was a beautiful hotel, a bit out of the city centre but had a shopping centre and loads of small shops next to it. Housekeeping came every morning which was great too. Staff were alright but we did get a couple of judgy looks and no one actively told you about the sauna and gym that you could use you had to ask etc."

"Intercity Budapest continues to be our home away from home. The building, rooms, hardware are all great. However, it is the Relationships that make it home ! We travel with sport (Wrestling) and have been at Intercity each summer for the last five years. Each time we walk through the outer doors, we are instantly at home with Family. Levint has become like a grandson to us. This trip, Emma and the other young women at front desk continued the tradition of making us feel special. The idea that ALL of Intercity's staff are such warm, happy, caring humans speaks to your management's selection process, your training and leadership, your philosophy of Customer Care. We must point out that It's Not Just Us ! We watch your staff engage with business travelers, families, bus-loads, old and young. Every need is met with compassion and empathy.
