"Communication from Hotels.com was 24 hours after the apartment owner sent the info to hotels.com so communication was an issue. Owner needs to send to hotels.com earlier OR hotels.com need to not delay passing messages on. I had to call the owner to gain access to apartment due to delayed electronic communications. Room much much smaller than images shown and accommodation is actually just a room within an apartment which is not clear in the listing. Bed very comfy although duvet smaller...

"The only issues we had during our stay was the shower drain did not work properly and we had to turn the water off and on while we were showering and the light bulb in the bathroom kept flickering on and off. The staff were very accommodating when we asked for an extra chair. The location was terrific being within walking distance of the Oktagon and across the street from a small park and a great market. And the price was very good."
