"I stayed for two days and would like to say that everything in the hotel is organized in an excellent way and the staff is polite and helpful except not many of the staff people can understand and speak English and that caused confusion. If you can speak German you’ll have a wonderful holiday experience))"

"What a fabulous stay! This hotel is beautiful, clean and attractive. Staff are all so welcoming and polite. Food is super delicious and there is a wide variety - for example: gluten free and vegan options too. The rooms are spacious and clean. Every location in the hotel is well maintained and staff are very well trained. I will return, as this hotel created lovely sentimental memories for us. I want to thank all the staff and management. If you are reading this review, please do not even if think - just book!"

"This was our 2nd vacation in this hotel. We enjoyed our stay overall (the slides, the kids club, the entertainment, the pool). The food was fine (chef’s special and Levante restaurant were always the best) but others were slightly degraded than last year (please bring back pide and lahmacun. Please prioritize quality over variety). Please prohibit smoking in all common areas, bars, restaurant and around the pool."

"The restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for you - there were loads of them and they were extremely friendly snd helpful. Food nice , not too expensive (for a hotel) and had a couple of meals in the hotel as well as breakfast, which was typical turkish breakfast. With the best freshly cooked omelettes Rooms comfortable. Nice iced water/ juice available at all times free in foyer. Swimming pool area was comfortable, lots of sunbeds and tables - very lovely to overlook the river. Ferry boats / day trip boats right by hotel - as was shops/ dolmus stop etc"

"We stayed at this hotel for the second time and had another wonderful family holiday. During our stay, there was an unfortunate incident related to my child’s nut allergy. A food item was marked as not containing nuts, but there was a mistake. However, the hotel handled the situation very professionally. They took full responsibility, supported us immediately, and covered all medical costs related to the doctor and hospital checks. We really appreciated their care and the way they increased their focus on allergy management after the incident. Special thanks to Chefs Ahmed and Hussein, who kindly prepared safe cakes and desserts for my children. Their attention and kindness meant a lot to us. Overall, the hotel is very family-friendly, with a great pool, beautiful beach, and very tasty food. We are very satisfied, will definitely visit again, and have already recommended it to many friends."

"Hotel was lovely. Poor WiFi service and had to change rooms due to air con not working when we arrived. However we was quickly moved to another room. Clean and comfortable. Bottled water waiting and tea and coffee for us. Would stay again."
