"Staff could be more friendly and offering snacks throughout the afternoon in the beautiful foyer would be a great idea. Also, parking is difficult as is finding the way from the car park to the front door of the hotel. Overall, a fantastic looking building with a superb spa so worth visiting despite the challenges."
