"Very very Nice Hotel, OK breakfast, easy to find. My room was small but the AC and wi-fi was great. Close to ”cliff beach”, easy to go and Have a evening swim. 5-10 min to everything. The whole staff is great !!!! Big shout out to the reception staff and cleaning staff. If Im Going back to Syracusa This is where I Will stay"

"It was our best hotel experience in Sicily so far. The hotel is beautifully decorated with Art Deco style. I highly recommend a room with sea view because the sunset from the balcony is super romantic. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with both buffet and à la carte options (not included). We benefited from a free access to the spa (depends on the category of the room) and we really enjoyed the aromatic showers. The hotel is perfectly situated on Ortigia, so...

"Stayed all over Sicily on this trip and the Ortega Palace was by far the best hotel experience. The room was superb (Junior Suite) and the hospitality service was fantastic. We were greeted at check in by what seemed to be our own personal check in assistant, shown to our room and she did not leave until we were happy with the accommodations (we were).
