"Very poor, unpleasant experience, I would never recommend or come back. Be aware everyone. Stayed 2 nights and both mornings got woken up at 6am by excessive noise from delivery vans offloading outside, as if there was no hotel and people sleeping above. Spoke to reception on day one, only to be told - sorry your room is a standard room and on the side of the hotel where rooms may be noisy. What sort of response is that?
