Main drawback for me and my husband was the noise. Our room was situated at the front of the hotel where you could hear music from a neighbouring bar and general noise of people outside and cars coming and going even in the early hoursof the morning. It was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room, it was too warm, even with the radiators off (in December). Staff were really friendly and helpful. They had a secure room for us to store our luggage on the final day after check out until it was time to head to the airport. The breakfast was good and the hotel is centrally situated in the old town which was very convenient.

The stay at the hotel was great! We had a wonderful view from our window, the area was located super central but yet very quiet which was good. The breakfast was also really good, would 100% recommend for someone visiting Gdańsk.

Fantastic!

It was a short stay, but the whole family was very happy to see how well located the hotel is, the warm welcome at the reception also helped make our stay pleasant. We liked how spacious and comfortable our room was. We’re all thinking of visiting Gdansk again, and of course, we’ll choose Neptun.
