Absolut empfehlenswert

Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist herrlich. Das Schwimmbad wird von einer eigenen Quelle gespeist. Frühstück im schönen Garten. Die Besitzerin ist sehr hilfsbereit.

We Didn't Stay for the Duration of our Booking

This place has charm (especially the gathering room) and provides a beautiful breakfast served by hospitable staff. But we only stayed one night (instead of the six we had booked) because the place had a musty smell--maybe mold?) and we were concerned about not sleeping well. The extra blanket was not fresh and clean; the bathroom floor needed to be scrubbed. The wi-fi worked in the gathering room; but didn't usually work in our bedroom. The mattress was good quality. The person who gave us directions to the parking lot in Orvieto tried to draw a "map" on the back of a piece of paper, but it wasn't accurate. It would help if they printed out a "direction sheet" for parking outside the old city that they could just pass out to guests. It is also a challenge to exit the driveway onto the busy mountain road due to a curve in the road both to the right and left of the driveway (which is, itself, on a hill). If one was driving a stick shift car, it would be especially dangerous because there's no room for hesitation once you see an "opening." For these reasons, we moved to another place for the duration of our stay in Orvieto.

19:00이후 check-in시 48시간 전까지 전화로 통지해달라는 특기사항을 출발 전날에야 확인하고, 전화는 시차때문에 안받아(현지 오후7시 이후에는 전화도 안받음) Hotels.com 통해 메일주소 확인해 공항 도착해 바로가면 저녁10시경에나 도착할수 있을것 같으니 Late Check-in 절차를 메일로 알려달라고 보내놓고(불안해 2번 보냈음) 출발했는데 현지 도착해 보니 아무회신도 없고 전화해도 안받고(저녁7시 조금 지난 시간이었음) ㅠㅠㅠ 그래도일단가면 방법있겠지 기대하고 외진 위치 밤길을 렌트카 몰고 찾아가보니 철문 꽉 닫힌체 아무런 연락방법이 없었음. 급히 구글맵에 인근 B&B 찾아 노숙은 면했지만 여행 다니며 이런 경우는 처음! 호텔예약 싸이트에 올라와 있는 B&B예약하실때는 메일이 없이 전화를 기본으로 하기 때문에(국제전화에 현지 근무시간에만 가능) Check-in에 상당한 주의 필요하네요. 저는 앞으로 B&B 예약은 호텔싸이트는 쓰지 않을 생각입니다.

Nel contesto è un bellissimo posto immerso nel verde poco al di fuori di Orvieto collegato a abbastanza bene l'unica pecca che il sito dovrebbe menzionare è che oltre al prezzo della camera bisogna pagare una tassa comunale che naturalmente nn dipende dall'albergo o comunque dal podere e questa cosa non viene nemmeno menzionata nel sito. Tutto qui,però nel contesto bellissimo posto e molto accogliente.

ドライブ旅行で利用

ドライブ旅行で利用しました。車道からの入口が少しわかりづらいです。小さな看板がでています。オリヴィエートの駅から走ってきて、右手ななめ前に下る無舗装の道から入っていきます。駐車スペースはまずまず広いので大きい車でも問題ありません。建物はかなり昔のものですが、よくメンテナンスされており、大変雰囲気のある素晴らしい場所でした。朝食も美味しかったです。オリヴィエート旧市街に行った際の駐車場所など、観光に使える情報などもいただきました。フリーWIFIがありますが、2Fの部屋では電波が弱く使えませんでした。あと、チェックアウトの時にシステムトラブルがありましたが、それ以外はほぼ満点です。

Once settled ok. No directions provided so initially at sister lodging and had to wait 15 minutes for help. Once at right location had to wait more for hostess to get off phone. More waiting to get ice. Nice location. Shuttle service to town an excellent benefit. Beautiful grounds. Wonderful breakfast. After bumpy start most satisfied.

Beware of where you may be staying

We didn't get to stay there. We arrived , the place looked lovely but the owner of the Inn told us Expedia customers don't get to stay there. She had us going to another propery. It was in town, but didn't include breakfsst. The place we were taken to was a good location, close to town but the unit was up a very long set of steps. I couldn't even tell you the name because there was no name. It was on the second floor of an aappartment building . There were two of other rooms, plus a main room room. That night we were the there we were the only guests. There was no hot breakfast liked we booked. They did have some fruit in the fridge, but it wasn't very fresh.the rest of the food was packaged. A friend, or Co owner of the unit did drive us to a parking lot where we could leave our car, and drove us to the unit. Everything turned out ok, but I would have preferred the place I chose.

Esperienza rigenerante!

Entrando dal cancello si avverte immediatamente la pace e tranquillità che in questa struttura regna sovrana. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, nonostante fossimo arrivati con un’ora in anticipo! Camera pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Colazione abbondante e con ampia scelta. Stra-consigliato per chi vuole visitare Orvieto (dista appena due minuti di auto) senza doversi gettare nel caos della città.
