"Great location, friendly staff, and the breakfast was amazing."

"An excellent hotel in a great location. The area immediately surrounding the property is very pleasant and is conveniently located with all Bergen attractions being within easy walking distance. The terminus of the light Railway from the airport is only a few minutes walk away. You really can’t go wrong. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are so helpful and genuinely friendly. The daily room servicing was efficient and thorough. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was great quality. We loved Bergen and will probably return. If we do there is no question where we would stay."

"Reception staff were super friendly and helpful, going the extra by posting my husband’s wallet back to the UK. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh. Our room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view."

"The location was very nice. I would absolutely stay there again. My only complaint was we had laundry done and mine was fine, but my daughter's was not to be found. It was a simple mistake but my daughter's laundry was not returned in a bag but was on hangers and when they employee checked they didn't see it. The laundry possibly was just delayed to the next morning, but it was there to be found at 8 a.m. the next morning. "
