One mile from Margaritaville!!! LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!!! This waterfront property has views that make you feel like you are on top of the water looking out at natural bluffs and trees on the other side! Come relax and unwind at breakwater bay with one of the most unique units at the lake located right on the 22 mile marker. Great location, at a quiet family friendly complex! Offers the perfect oasis lounging by the lakeside pool, or on one of the many private decks in this property. This space functions more like a townhome with 2 floors. No one is above or below you. Bedrooms are tucked away on their own level with private ensuites and equipped with Smart TVs for all your streaming needs.

IMPORTANT: Breakwater Bay is a quiet, family oriented complex. Please book different accommodations if you plan to party loudly.

Master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and private bathroom with view of the water through the sliding glass doors that open to another deck to sit and enjoy the view and sounds of the water.

Guest Bedroom has an equally comfortable Queen bed and private bathroom and it's own view of the water and sliding glass door to the private deck.

The living room and dining room features vaulted ceilings and plenty of space to gather to plan the day or relax after fun on the water. The sofa turns into a queen size pull out for extra sleeping. Our favorite past time is sitting in the comfy chairs looking at the lake playing a wonderful game of chess or checkers. This unit will not disappoint if a rainy day strikes with plenty of card and board games on hand.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the tools you would need to prepare a meal at home. Prefer single cup or pot of coffee? Here you can pick with a combo coffee maker that also supports K-cups. The dining room comfortably seats 4 at the round table but extra seating at the high top bar can seat 2 more.

Choose between the screened in porch or the outdoor decks where you can watch the boats flying past on the main channel.

A 10X24 boat slip is also included in this amazing property and you can view your boat comfortably from any of the decks. Don't have your own boat? No problem. Boat rentals are close by and we are just a quick drive from Margaritaville.

Pool, Tennis, Fishing:
Enjoy fishing from the docks, going to the pool located right on the water or play tennis at the tennis court located on property. Just bring your gear.

The Pool is typically open from Memorial Day till October 1st each year. If you are planning to stay close to those start and end dates don't hesitate to reach out and we are happy to let you know if the pool is open for swimming! If staying close to or over a holiday please also note that no fireworks are permitted on property. We appreciate our guests who help keep our community safe and enjoyable for many years to come.

Very family friendly. We really enjoyed your home. 💕 We enjoy making dinners and it’s a great kitchen to cook, relax and visit with family. View is beautiful from bedrooms also… lay in bed and look at the lake.

View of the lake

Property was very clean and comfortable. Beds were really nice which is the most important thing about where you are staying. Boat slip only accommodated a small boat so we were not able to utilize it.

Fall is special time of the year. What more relaxing way is there to enjoy it than the deck of a home with a beautiful view of the lake, bluffs and foliage?

Outstanding views!!

Our family had the best time! The unit was very clean, spacious, and beds were comfy! We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen for cooking meals. We spent a lot of time at the pool, but enjoyed the views from the deck the most! It was so peaceful to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. The host was great and was quick to respond to any questions. We look forward to coming back! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Condo

We were down for the Shootout weekend. Location of the condo was perfect for boating to and from the festivities on the lake. Check in was so easy communication from Amanda was perfect . The condo was immaculately clean and everything was better than pictured. The way the condo is laid out was great … kitchen and living space upstairs with a 1/2 bath then both bedrooms downstairs with there own bathrooms and a laundry room. There were decks on both levels with perfect main channel views. There were also plenty of starter things there paper towels , toilet paper and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We rented the boat slip for the condo and it was great to just walk down to the dock to get our day started. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Great little get away

Condo was well cleaned and stocked with essentials and extras. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching all the lake activities. Great communication with the host. They even suggested places to eat nearby as well as nearby activities. About the only bad thing I can say about our trip was the unit next to us apparently allows pets and there were two dogs staying there that woke us up way too early in the morning. All in all, would definitely stay here again.

All the little things!

This property was the very well stocked with all the little things that make a place feel like home. From the kitchen supplies, to kleenex and nightlights it all made it feel so comfortable. Communication was excellent and an item that broke during out stay was immediately replaced. The waterview was so lovely!

Amazing Time!

The property itself was beautiful, close to a lot of hotspots, and was definitely the best option we found! The host was so courteous, checked in with us often, and truly did their best to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay for lake fun

The lodging is fantastic and access to the boat slip is superb. Views of the lake from the balconies is amazing. Beds are the most comfortable i have ever slept in.

Beautiful property that was perfect for our family. Wonderful decor and comfortable furniture and bedding. Great kitchen that was well stocked with all the essentials. Our family loved the double decks! Views are absolutely amazing. Great location and a nice quiet complex. Also not too many stairs making trips in and out easier with coolers and pool/ boat bags. Close to Margaritaville and Redhead and also gas station and other great places. Also great communication by owners. Would highley recommend this place for a great Ozark getaway!

Mostly enjoyable.

The property was very comfortable and well equipped. The views are spectacular. Check in and out was easy. Unfortunately construction was taking place throughout the development so it was very noisy early and most of the day. This made it difficult to use the outside areas which are plentiful. Neighbor has a barking dog which also affected our stay.
