We had a great experience at this delightful apartment. Location is close to dotonbori but just far enough away to enjoy suburban osaka life. Apartment was emmaculate with everything we needed. Heaps of space for 5 could have more. Loved it.
Great location, very close to shopping areas and public transit. We were a group of 8 (5 adults and 3 children), and the place had enough space for all of us. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. The air conditioner worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable
Wonderful home. Hosts were very kind and accommodating (I had a weird situation). The location is very ideal if you are looking for a place that is a short walk to Dotonbori but literally just far enough that it’s a nice and quiet and street and you don’t have to worry about the “aftermath” of the party scene that is a few blocks away. And for us Americans, they don’t cheap out on the air conditioning. It was glorious in the 95 degree plus humidity, and was the best part of the house.
Great location! You have the whole building but the shower is on the first floor so if you get one of the third floor rooms, you have a hike. Bathrooms are on 1&2. I wish there had been a more comfortable place to sit on each level other than the bed but we were gone most of the time.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
The space is fine for folks mostly exploring the city and needing a place to sleep. It is not a 5-minute walk to Dotonbori, more like 15. The bedrooms are on the third floor, bathrooms on second and first so getting around is somewhat inconvenient. This is especially true as Japanese stairs seem to be much steeper and shallower than in the West, made middle-of-the-night bathroom runs a harrowing adventure. The space also smelled odd, almost like a previous tenant smoked there and they tried to cover up the odor (an ozone generator would likely fix this). Several of the surrounding streets also have love-hotels on them, not an issue for us adults but was a bit shocking.
