I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, but small. I used the laundry service in the spa and found it very easy and convenient to use. If you arrive early, be aware that they won't let you check in a minute early. This is a little bit of a walk to the metro station, but I was prepared for that. Overall, this was a nice hotel, but next time I'd find something closer to the metro station.

Having stayed at other APA hotels, I didn’t realize that this one had smoking floors. So when I checked in, I was put in a smoking floor because I wasn’t paying attention when I was booking online. However, the service was really nice, after I checked in I called the desk to ask if I can change to a non-smoking floor the next day, the staff was really nice and allowed me to do that. I really appreciate that since I have really bad nose problems.

Yes, I would come here again

The hotel has a very good location, a short walk from Tenma JR station on the Osaka loop line and a beautiful arhitecture. I received, as asked, a room on top floor with a great View toward the mountain and the nearest sky-scrapers. The room amenities are the standard for APA network, this means very good. The hotel has also a spa, where a lot of clients are visiting, as I noticed during my stay; I did not, because I've been told we have to bath naked, this îs the tradition. The aspect that impressed me mostly îs the excellent breakfast they offer in Ashirwad restaurant - the Best breakfast I ever had in Japan, so far. The neighborhood îs lovely . The hotel's and restaurant's staff is very careful and efficient.

小さい子供が一緒で、受付の際に泣いてしまっていたところ、スタッフの方が風船のような玩具を下さり無事に機嫌を直して笑顔になってくれました。 温かいお気持ちに感謝です！ 出来れば、ハンドタオルがもう少し枚数に余裕があったら嬉しいです。 大浴場に二枚持っていったら、トイレや洗面で使うタオルがなくなってしまうので・・・。
