The place is a staffless establishment, very normal in Japan, but if you need any assistance with anything to do with how to get in or any issues, you can contact them through Expedia message at any time and they will help you out as much as they can. Loves the place! Will absolutely stay there again in the future.

The only downside to this place is getting in and out of the room. It uses a key box and the key box doesn’t consistently work so it would take several minutes to get into the room and to relock the door when we left.

The property is right next to the rail line and the trains run every ten minutes sometines and the noise is terrible 5 am-11:30 pm. We could not sleep and left. The manager did not compensate or change the room. Choose another place to stay.

The place was in a quiet area. However, staying here was not as convenient as we thought. Checking in was not easy friendly, we have to go through many steps to get to our room (it didn’t help that we were exhausted) because we just need to get into our room to settle in. That was rough. I would not book this place again. If you are traveling with 4-5 people, I do not recommend this place. If you are with 1-2 people, ideally yes, that is the best way to go for a more decent price.

Good for price, but it could have been better if cleaning is done. It was obvious that the room was not cleaned before our visit. The key at the entrance of the building was a bit tricky. I didn’t expect it to be a touch key with that shape…

The room was quite dusty and full of hairs when we arrived. The kitchenette countertops weren’t clean either. The spare duvet cover had an odd smell to it and the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that was to be expected. Also despite having access to a laundry machine we weren’t provided laundry detergent. I’m not sure if every hotel in this way so I might be wrong on that front. The patio/deck was kinda difficult to access due to the sofa bed being right against the windows that led out to it.

お世話になりました。慣れるまで鍵の開け閉めがプレッシャーでした。動画で説明があると良いかなと思いました。 お部屋は香りがキツくて、なかなか慣れませんでした。洗面所の扉が壊れていました。 開け閉めできないので、隙間から出入りしました。 ベットは、寝心地良かったです。 近くのスーパー銭湯は良かったです。バス停も近く、駅までの距離も良い散歩道になりました。

オートロックキーボックスが開かなくて焦りましたが、しっかり押したら開きました。その他は部屋で洗濯できて浴室の乾燥で充分乾いたのでよかったです。テレビはネットなので使わなかったです。時計があるとよかったです。

客室はキレイでした。建物が新しいのか、設備も揃っており、（風呂トイレ別、洗濯機、２面タイプ洗面台、クローゼット、靴箱）家族5人、広くはなかったが、防音もしっかりしており、三泊四日、快適に過ごせました。

泊まる分には全く問題ありません。安くて綺麗でよかったと思います。 ただしいろいろ手順（オートロック解除、チェックイン、アウト方法）があるため、提供される手順書（PDF）をよく読むことが必要です。 ▼以下、とりあえず思ったことや気になったことを乱雑に書き残します ・Expediaで予約しましたが、そこのチャットによるサポートが助かりました ・最寄り駅名は「天神橋筋6丁目」というところです ・チェックイン時に宿泊者全員の情報（免許証、飛行機便情報）の入力が必要で、それがちょっとめんどくさかった ・宿泊日数に関わらず、バスタオルとフェイスタオルが宿泊者に1名につき1組のみ支給されます ・洗濯機があるので洗濯できます。洗濯用洗剤もあります ・トイレットペーパーの補充はありません ・キッチンもありますが使用していないので詳しくは分かりません ・ケトルがあるためお湯はつくれます ・電子レンジがあります。 ・部屋にはアンドロイドテレビ？モニター？がありますが地上波は映りません ・自分が泊まった部屋だけかもしれませんが、アンドロイドテレビ用リモコンの効きが非常に悪かったです（605号室）

部屋が汚くて匂う。特に清掃状況はひどい。前の人が置いていったであろう食材がチェックイン時冷蔵庫の中に置きっぱなし。スマートテレビはあるけど言語設定で日本語がない。電子レンジを空けたら臭かった。シーツも爪や髪がついていて交換しているように思えない。風呂桶もざらついていて清掃されていない。2度と使わない。

部屋は綺麗で特別問題はなかったんですが… やはり共用部のロック解除、各部屋のロック解除事情が周りの宿泊者さんも自分たちも困惑していたので… 説明不足なのか、やり方を変えるのか… ちょっと検討された方が良いと思います！

部屋の広さは寝泊まりするには十分でした。 ただ、掃除に関しては部屋に入った瞬間こもった匂いあまり綺麗な印象はなく、ウェットティッシュを後で購入。 ただ、わざわざチェックインする必要もなく入り方さえ覚えればホテルよりは楽に感じました！ また、機会があれば利用したいです。
