Excellent accomodation, super clean and extremely comfortable. So close to Dotinbori and the train stations! Would recommend to anyone staying in Osaka looking for a place close to transport and Dotonbori!

Great place! Would stay again!

Great place! About a 10 minutes walk to multiple train stations including the Osaka loop line so you can get around in Kansai easily! Washing machine made it nice so I didn't need to pack many clothes, but it was challenging to dry them during the winter. I still managed, but other than that they provided lots of soap, toothbrushes and even razors for shaving!

Room was nice and clean. This was one of the smallest hotels I stayed in. I don’t recommend for more than two people. I stayed with my two friends so there wasn’t really any space for luggage. So either get a big room or less people. This was a great room overall, clean and cute. If you wanted to cook it has a small kitchen with utilities to use. It’s a great room for a solo or couple traveler. They even have in-washer unit which was a life saver. There is no dryer but they provided hanger rack for drying clothes.

A nice clean stay with a balcony and local experience. Wish it was closer to a station, but walkable. Many people ripping on their vehicles at the night, but the owner leaves ear covers. Quick to reply and easy check in

It is an apartment condominium, but it has everything you need for a good lodging, without luxuries but with everything you need. Friendly staff. Be sure to bring Internet, because the access code is requested by WhatsApp.

Totally fine, I can't find bad thing from here. best for couple trip for USJ, baseball game in osaka dome, and umeda〜namba. If hotel can designate mandatory factor (dish washing, throw garbage), it can be prevent minor confusions.

It was an amazing experience of staying at this apartment. It is great located to Taisho station (10 min) which is connected both to Osaka attractions and other cities, such as Kobe, Nara, Kyoto. We we’re staying for 6 nights and all provided conditions was great. We used a washing machine and found all bath essentials. The room is also really large for Japanese. As a small minus, it was noise from the road early in the morning. So if you have light sleep you shouldn’t forget to take a birushi. I would really recommend this apartment to stay for single travelers and couples!

親子でツイン2泊3日で利用しました。建物に入る時、一階のボタンの数字が出ないので、焦りました。電話して教えて貰いました。（押したのはそれで間違ってなかったみたいです）お湯の量が400ℓまで？らしく、量が想像出来ないので、途中止まったら困るので、シャワーにしました、湯船に漬かれなかったのが残念です（一人だったら余る位の湯量だったのかな？）それ以外は良かったです。安かったらまた泊まるかもです。

お部屋自体は落ち着けて良い感じでした。 気になる点はお湯使用制限があることと、夜中の騒音です。 難波が近いせいか、ヤンキーのバイクが爆音で何度も走り続けます。 京セラドームにも近く便利なのでまた機会があればお願いします。

週末にキョーセラドームのコンサートに行く為に連泊しました、とっても立地が良くバス停も目の前でバスでも2区間、歩きでめ行ける距離でコンビニも目の前にあり凄い快適でした。 ワンルームマンションを民泊使用にされてて 立地コスパ的に最高でした。キョーセラに行く際にはリピートありです。早めにチェックインも心良くして頂きました。 ありがとうございました。一つお風呂の中に座れる座れる椅子がある良かったです。

トイレの便座はウォシュレットが設置されていた。 騒音は気になるほどではなかった。（疲労ですぐに寝たからかも） 大人2人、ずっと湯を出しっぱなしでシャワーのみ使用したが湯が不足することはなかった。 コンセント口が少ないので延長コードなどタップを増やすものを持参した方が良いかも。 寝に戻るだけの宿だったので十分な設備だった。 京セラドームまで歩いて行けるので本当に楽だった。 近くにコンビニが2件ある。 少し歩けばスーパー，薬局，飲食店は多数ある。 ベットマットレスが柔らかいスプリングなので体に合わなかった。 手拭き用のペーパーナプキンかフェイスタオルが余分にあればよかった。トイレや洗面で手を洗った後に拭く物がなく困った。 部屋にあった物：シャンプー，リンス，ボディーソープ，歯ブラシ，髭剃り，櫛，バスタオル，フェイスタオル，ティッシュ，洗濯洗剤，ハンガー10本以上，ピンチハンガー，タオルハンガー，あとは施設情報を見てください
