Very close to Shin-Osaka station, clean hotel, very good breakfast, friendly staff. A little bit smaller rooms than expected, but I assume this is normal in Japan.

The rooms were quite small for a twin room but still good. many room amenities were supplied, and near the concierge, they had single-use skincare and grooming sets for guests to take. the hotel was very clean and had two working lifts. each floor has a vending machine and microwave. the area is nice but, maybe for just us, a bit loud at night. The connections are great, you can take the midosuji (red) line at nishinakajima-minamigata station, and you have a direct connection to Osaka station and Kyoto with the hankyu railway. the hankyu railway station is called minamikata and is about 3 mins away from the nishinakajima-minamigata station. The hotel is about 15/20 mins away from Shin-Osaka station, the station you will need if you want to ride the shinkansen (bullet train) so this is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel for short to medium length stays.

Very good location just next to Shin-Osaka station, therefore giving us a convenient option to ease our planning for the trip. Breakfast buffet is optional, and good value for the money, tho a bit more variety of the dishes would improve this to Excellent scale. Rooms are tend to be the smaller side, even to Japanese hotel standard, so if you’re on slightly larger side of individual, you may want to consider bigger option than the standard room. Overall it was good experience

Great location and convenient if you want to explore other areas as the station is around the corner. Our room had mould and had a terrible smell but when we told the staff we were moved straight away which was good.

Despite my room is abit, I've enjoyed my sleep. The bathroom is small but at least the toilets and bath is clean! I would go back again. :)

Stained sheets, black mold in the fridge. Bathrooms are incredibly small and uncomfortable, staff speaks extremely limited english and made a couple interactions difficult. Noisy at night. Decent access to transit, good nearby restaurants. Most of the room did seem clean.

I found it annoying that there were no chopsticks or cuttlery available in the hotel and most of all that the shower head was not mounted properly so you have to shower with one arm holding the shower. Other than that the room was cozy and quite spacious for one person.

Pictures did not match the ones listed online. Dust all over parts of the room and there was excessive mold in the bathroom. The fridge was not emptied and had things from the previous guest. The only good thing was the convenience of it being near the station but cleanliness was one of the worst I have seen in a hotel.

침대나 욕실은 청소가 잘 되어 있으나, 침대 선반등에는 먼지가 많이 쌓여 있어서 구석구석은 청소가 안되어 있었습니다. 먼지에 깜짝 놀랐습니다. The bed and bathroom were well cleaned, but there was a lot of dust on the bed shelf, so every corner was not cleaned. I was surprised by the dust.

Checking in at 4pm front desk girls not one can telling me after i paying 1200 Yen for overnight parking can i do in and out going out for dinner.
