Very nice front lobby area. It was great to be able to store our luggage for free prior to checking in. Rooms were a bit dated and small. The air conditioning wasn't super cold. A decent value in a good area located right beside the mall and walking trails by the water.

We got 2 connecting rooms although the rooms are small compared to other US or international hotels, we like it because we ger to use 2 bathrooms. The location is very conveniently close to a shopping mall. Since our Family of 4 travelled light, their laundry rooms (thay have 2) are very convenient to... these machines' washing angld drying times can be checked on the TV.

This was my favorite hotel on my visit to japan. The location is perfect, just steps from the train station. The property and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming. This hotel offered a surprising amount of amenities and I can honestly say I genuinely looked forward to coming back to this hotel after exploring each day. Would definitely visit again!

Decent hotel

Coin laundry was nice and easy to use. The rooms are a bit tight but comfortable. They could offer a slightly larger trash bin and a larger selection of black tea but overall I was pleased with the hotel. The staff are what made the experience better as they were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

Great value for money.

Super friendly and service minded staff. Rooms are not very modern, but clean and sufficient in all essential ways. More than anything, value for money is unbeatable. Also appreciated a large and varied breakfast buffet, as did the kids.

Comfortable, close to train station Osaka Castle

The room was small and packed with beds and furniture. There was hardly any room to move around. But it was complete, clean and comfortable. I liked that this hotel was really close to the train station and also to the Osaka Castle. The breakfast was also very good.

A very nice hotel, the room was small, but we didn't have any large luggages. Just our carry-ons and backpacks. It was perfect size for those smaller bags. Right next to the subway station so it was perfect for getting around. There's also a mall 5 minutes walk from the hotel with lots of food options and stores to browse during free time

The hotel is confortable and very close to the metro stop. It's a beautifully designed and they provide a lot of amenities. The problem is that at desk not all speak English . Breakfast pour of sweet....but reach of eggs, soup, nuggets, salad .....
