The room and toilet is a little small but overall is great just 3min walk to the shopping mall and 10min to train station .The room and toilet is clean ,staff are helpful and friendly .Value for money and is near the airport .I arrange a pick up from the airport and all goes very well .

Lovely hotel in a convenient but local area. Staff was super helpful and efficient. Amenities are limited as it’s an older hotel but definitely a place we were able to relax after the crowds at tourist places. Walking distance to a mall with an assortments of food court and Don Quixote. A train ride away from Rinku Pleasure Town and the airport.

Great budget friendly stay

Was my last stop in hotels in my Japan trip this year and left on a high note. Was able to drop off luggage earlier then check in time. I was able to just lounging around at the deck area and enjoy the Koi pond and end surrounded area at relaxing rate.

It was really lovely. The staff were so kind and helpful 😌 . Please use the shuttle service. If you take a taxi from the airport, it’s too expensive. Around 6000yen. Use the hotel shuttle please. It’s only 1500 yen. I recommend this place.

Small rooms, unit bath with hardly any space to turn around, small toilet like baby’s, broken soap and shampoo boxes, no elevator (but ok if you stay on the ground or first floor), broken clothe hanger, only one expensive restaurant around, no public transportation nearby, the walkway from nearby (700 m) railway station is rough to break the luggage wheels in less than a min, hotel asks you extra 1500 for airport pick up and 1500 for dropping. Therefore, it is cheaper, convenient, and nice to stay in an excellent hotel nearby Rinku Town.

Awesome stay!

My room was cool though it does feel outdated. Sometime AC wont give you full AC if you keep sweating while your sleeping. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay staff are very friendly. Their is a shuttle bus to airport but it's NOT FREE. Their is nl elevator for those who have disabilities be aware. I will stay again :) Thank you very much!

接客も丁寧で、親切でした。 宿泊費が安いので心配しましたが、割と清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 隣や廊下の音がちょっと響きやすい感じはありました。 駅から若干離れますが、ショッピングモールも近いし、便利かと思います。
