Our 1 week stay at the hotel is amazing take note I'm 5 months pregnant and worried about the train and stores that we wanted to go but everything is near the hotel 5-10mins walk to everything and the shinsaibashi station is so easy to learn for first time tourist visiting japan. The 7/11 is literally outside the hotel so easy snack if you got hungry at midnight and some restaurant close by the area that are open till 1am. The hotel has great amenities and all you needed is already in the hotel. They will provide Pjs for breakfast I suggest trying them out its a nice hearty breakfast before walking around shinsaibashi. Note: if you are traveling from shinsaibashi to Kyoto I highly suggest to an overnight stay at KYOTO and then head home to Via inn shinsaibashi the trip to kyoto is almost the full day.

I had a wonderful stay at Via Inn Shinsaibashi. The location is absolutely perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from Shinsaibashi Station and right in the middle of the shopping and dining areas. Despite being so central, my room was quiet, spotless, and surprisingly well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It’s not a luxury hotel, but for the price, convenience, and cleanliness, it’s a brilliant choice. Highly recommended for solo travelers or couples wanting to explore Osaka.
