The rooms were well cleaned daily with all amenities stocked including pyjamas. The breakfast buffet was well worth the prepay option with the room. The views from the 28th floor is beautiful.

Really great hotel! Beautiful setting, nice room finishes and furnishings, and really close to transit. Staff was also really helpful when I needed to extend my stay, and I even got an upgrade!

HOTEL GRACERY Osaka Namba
The reason I've rated this hotel so low is based purely on the mattress. It was like sleeping on a board and we were here 3 nights and our bodies are just wrecked so we would never stay here again. The rest of the room is good, good location, great breakfast, great staff.
