"Lived at three hotels in Sao Paulo this time, and this one is the reason why. Horrible place. You are renting from an apartment owner which the guys in the reception take no responsibility for, cannot book or do anything with. Nice doorguard and ok (but expensive) breakfast, the rest not good - run down, filthy, irresponsible. last time i had this bad was in run down plastic hostel hongkong 5 years ago, this one is the same :-/ (luckily the hotels i moved to where better - try the Heritage in...

"Apesar da ótima localização, fiquei em apto do condomínio, e necessita de uma reforma. O serviço da cozinha é ruim, pedi uma pizza, e esta, veio fria."

"Piso do quarto na porta do banheiro precisa de reparo urgente, infiltração de água que sai do banheiro visivelmente de algum tempo já deixou a madeira do piso podre e minando água… sofá cama também merecia um colchão melhor para 2 crianças dormirem melhor. Do resto tudo muito bom."

"Well, you will get yourself a room, my case was a single bedroom inside the eSuites hotel. Local staff can only check you in & out. And that will be it! Any inquiries you may have in relation to your stay, got come through another form of comunication, via email or a phone number. With that said either way did not work for me, even when trying to comunicate in the language being spoken. I couldn't get answers to questions as such: wi-fi password and check-in earlier. Poor comunication services....
