"The room is clean and spacious. But it is not sound proof. I had to listen to a couple in the next room talking ( in normal volume and making love)to 3am during my last night staying here. It’s nobody’s fault, just infrastructural problems. Staff here is so so nice. Call out to Issac who helped me and my friends with our luggage storage and transport to the airport. The elevator went down for a few minutes on my last day( lucky meee), but they fixed it very quick!"

"This is my second stay at the Golden Tower Pinheiros. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, the staff goes way and beyond to be helpful, the breakfast buffet is so diversified and delicious, and location could not be better. "This is a simple hotel, staff at front desk at night can not give you toilet paper if you need or whatever you ask. They are rude. Differently of staff at day time which are much more polite. The bathroom is filthy dirty. Different kind of hair everywhere, the sink is cluttered, the shower smells mold. Your luggage doesn’t have a proper place to stay but at the floor. There is not microwave at the room. They don’t have gym. Don’t choose this hotel. "
