Friendly check-in—professional. Room seemed to have been freshly painted. Typical loud air conditioner unit for room. Good towels! Reasonable beds; very clean & fresh bedding. Satellite TV. Exterior door to room needs new locks hardware to feel safer for room security. Hotel is quiet, in a uiet location. Exterior of hotel is run-down—an older property. Attached restaurant is closed/not operating—where to get a breakfast in town on a Sunday morning? Pool cover (inside the fence) seems like a permanent fixture. Driveway & parking lot full of potholes. Adjacent gas stations with convenience stores.

Dont be fooled...

Do not let the outside view fool you. Yes, there were literally cows right outside of check in. Check in was pretty simple but you may have to "call" someone down as the check in is not staffed. Our room was recently renovated and was quite nice with a fridge and microwave. Bathroom had great water pressure. Make no mistake this place is the definition of "no frills" but it is the only game in town and our room was worth the price.
