"Great resort for a family gathering. Cedar Creek upgrades have elevated the rooms, pool and general facility. Only challenge is that it is now a lot more popular - gaggles of volleyball girls in the halls and pool when we were there!"

"its was run down..the toilet backed up.my wife went to the front desk to tell them an he gave her as plunger..then the breakfast had cold eggs.the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in months...the key to the door did not work,,kids ran all over like its was a day care.. what as joke of a place to take...."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We knew going in that it was a budget hotel and didn’t expect much but it didn’t even meet our low expectations. It was so bad that we had to leave and find another hotel. Upon arrival we had several minor issues that the front desk tried to help with. (The lady at the front desk is kind and tries but can’t fix these issues.) Minor issues-bathroom door did not shut, refrigerator was not working, smelled like smoke, broken picture frame with glass taped back on hanging above the bed, card key never worked and had to go to the desk every time to get it reset. We dealt with all of that but after my husband woke with bug bites all over his body we couldn’t do it. We asked to speak with the manager for a refund for upcoming days. (We had planned on staying for a long weekend.) Getting in touch with him was difficult. Eventually he called my husband as we were packing to leave. He was incredibly rude. After we explained the situation to him, he asked us several times what we wanted him to do about it. We asked for a full refund. He became even more rude and told us we had 30 minutes to vacate the property. We were already packing up our stuff but this was unbelievable. No apology. No refund. Just rudeness. Thanks to hotels.com customer service we did get a refund. It took some time talking to everyone and having photo documentation of all of the issues but they were very understanding and helpful. I would give 0 stars if possible. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"I was very please with my 3 night stay there for a childcare conference. Our room was very clean, the bed were comfortable, and the commom areas of the facilities also were clean. I do inspect when I arrive for stray hairs, stains on the bedding, tub rings and I found none of that. The shower presser and temperature was a little slice of heaven. We took advantage of the indoor pool and it was a decent temperature, not too cold. The only suggest I would make would be to improve the breakfast options to include a non-pork meat and add hashbrowns. I know it's free, but other hotels nearby offer those options for free in their properties. Zero regrets in staying at this property and would gladly go back."

"The home had everything you needed, the fenced backyard was very nice for children and pets, it felt like your home. Train was very active at all hours and sits right behind the house. Communication was easy and check in and out simple. We would stay again! Minutes from Sports Force Park was nice on a rainy and then cold weekend. Several dining options close by, both local and fast food."

"Tv went out and they didn’t have a new room to put me in nor wanted to give me a percentage off for a new stay. I reached for a manager and have yet to receive a phone call ."
