"- Our room had dirty/stained sheets and pillows. - our room was missing toilet paper - the walls were so thin and you could hear your neighbors and everyone in the hallway - our window was covered in bugs and webs on the outside - the shower hot/cold handle was backwards. So we thought we didn’t have hot water at first - the coffee and donut shop on the first floor got both of our orders wrong, didn’t put any espresso in our coffees and didn’t use oat milk as requested. The donuts were extremely bland and dry. We couldn’t finish our coffee or donuts. The lady at the counter was rude. - all of the pools and slides and the cafe at the indoor water park were closed. So we wasted our time. We checked out a day early, we were disappointed. Don’t go here if you don’t have children. Obviously this place doesn’t seem like it takes care of itself that well and we are lucky we didn’t get bed bugs. I think the only positive is that it’s close to cedar point, but this experience has made me regret choosing this place."
