It was a wonderful hotel. Right off the interstate which was great. The only two things I didn't like were the back door where you enter did not lock like it said, and our door was not really shut all the way even locked. We felt safe the beds were comfy it was very clean it was a great stay

The hospitality offered by the hotel staff is unparalleled. I frequently stay in hotels in the city of Milan due to the nature of my work and I always book my hotel stay here because the staff here is par excellent, rooms are very big and and laced with all amenities, beds are supercomfy and I get a very good sleep every night. The coffee here is a must to have:)

Very friendly welcome. This was not the first time we have stayed here. We came back because the hotel is well maintained and easy access to the highway. My wife loves the chocolate chip cookie and we arrived just when they had finished baking. The greeting from Melanie made us feel right at home. Room was very clean, everything we expected.

Unarguably the best hotel in Sandusky and Milan as the staff is very professional, welcoming and caring and the rooms are spacious with complete amenities with very comfortable bed and pillows ensuring always a good night sleep.
