"This is one of the smartest, inviting and friendly hotels we've had the pleasure to stay at. The room had everything you could want: a comfortable bed, a spacious shower, true blackout blinds, a garbage can that has a spot for recycling, a well sized desk and a Smart TV that was easy to navigate. The breakfast was above and beyond. Lots of hot and cold options. And the best part - a large, colourful, inviting space to enjoy it in! No stark white rooms with cramped tables and harsh lighting here! The staff was friendly and attentive. Oh - and lots of free parking! Top notch stay! We'll be back!"

"All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the visit pleasant. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a great selection of options each morning. The room was mostly clean, but a few details were missed. There was an old key card left on top of the microwave and some visible dust buildup in the carpet. The biggest downside was the TV setup. I could not get the HDMI port to work with my Fire Stick, so I couldn’t watch my own shows and movies. The cable channel selection was limited, there was no on‑screen guide to see what was on, and there was a strong push to rent in‑house movies at very high prices. On the positive side, the Wi‑Fi worked well on both my phone and my computer, which was very convenient."

"Disappointing Service, Poor Maintenance, and Overpriced! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experiences here have been incredibly frustrating. I stayed at this property two weekends in a row (May 16 and again on May 23), wanting to give them a second chance after a poor first impression. Unfortunately, nothing improved. The front desk staff is consistently rude and unwelcoming. During my second stay, we arrived late around 9:00 PM. My son had an early morning basketball tournament and was starving, but checking in was an ordeal. I was the only person in the lobby, yet the agent made me wait for a significant amount of time with zero explanation or acknowledgement. Because we got in late and needed to rest for the tournament, we decided to just buy food from their lobby pantry instead of going back out. They charged an absolute fortune for three cup noodles and bottles of water. While I know hotel convenience markets have a markup, the prices here were outright gouging. To make matters worse, the property's upkeep is lacking. The elevator was visibly dirty, and the hallways had a noticeable, unpleasant odor."

"My family and I booked this hotel months in advance for a family wedding, and our stay was very disappointing. Our first room was extremely hot, and the air conditioning did not work. We barely slept due to the heat. The next morning, maintenance couldn’t fix it, so we were moved to another room. Shortly after settling in, we were told that room was already reserved and had to move again. By the third room we were frustrated and exhausted, only to find the TV didn’t work properly either. The hotel felt outdated and poorly maintained. While the pool and location were fine, being moved three times in one stay was completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed and waiting to speak with management."
