"First, we had to call to get the code for the house, nobody sent us anything. The air conditioning did not work upstairs but the owner must of know that as there were fans in every room and it was 35 degrees out. Then it did not work at all the last two days. We rented the house, expecting a backyard, when we got there, it was a communal back yard. Did not enjoy it at all, glad when our trip was over."

Great location...hotel and grounds clean and nicely maintained. Our suite was really nice..super spacious...great appliances..perfect for a weekend stay...or any length of stay really. Nice gym, pool and laundry amenities. Very generous parking. Had dinner at the restaurant located on the ground floor and was happy with the taste and quality of our meals. Complimentary breakfast included. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We recently spent a week in Toronto and decided to experiment with a boutique hotel versus a known chain. We were thrilled with The Ivy. Small, at only 4 rooms, guests are pampered and indulged; the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed from the uber comfortable bed, to the plush arm chair and private balcony. My favorite thing about staying at this hotel was the accessibility of everything. I felt like I was in the heart of Toronto and I could walk everywhere if I wanted to experience the city on my feet. If I ever got lost I would just locate the CN tower and follow it and the hotel would be right across the street. Great decision to stay here and this will be my primary choice of hotel anytime I visit Toronto!
