When I asked if the sheets and everything was new or has been sitting around inside the bed for a while , the answer I was given was “ I think so, I don’t know”. When the sofa bed was opened, everything was so wrinkled and looked very unkempt. Not a pleasant look or a comfortable sleep sensation. Poorly done. "
