"The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a charming interior design showing a lot of care and love for details. The room had a kitchenette, a great huge bathroom, was generously spaced and very well furnished. The hotel also offers many business-based services like massages, acupuncture etc. (even though we did not try them out). Breakfast was basic but nice (but rather for early birds since it is only available from 6-9:00 am on weekdays). We really enjoyed our stay. "

"The staff did not care to assist me in any way. My sofa bed was not made up. They asked me to open it myself, telling me the linens, pillows and the towels are all already inside. When I asked if the sheets and everything was new or has been sitting around inside the bed for a while , the answer I was given was “ I think so, I don’t know”. I asked if housekeeping can come to take care of this and was told they don’t do that. I wouldn’t trust the cleanliness of these sheets or pillows. When...

"Traveling with my daughter, from Stockholm to Kristianstad,,we spent just one night, after a long drive, in this very pleasant facility. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless and very clean. Both checkin and checkout were effortless. Parking through the night, was free until 9: AM."
