"A little gem that we will definitely return to. Rooms were finished to a high quality - not just style over substance. Beds comfy, shower amazing, hot tub fab and one of the best nights sleep for a while. Paired with excellent food and service at Bowling Green Inn, would highly recommend 👍"

"The staff were very helpful and nice, the bed and bedding were decent, as was the breakfast. Unfortunately it's on the main Derby road (A6) in Milford which is a couple of miles away from Belper centre. The room was incredibly hot due to the recent weather (naturally) but the window in room 3 has no means of keeping it open as the window stay bracket has broken. A fan was provided but made little difference. The toilet seat is also broken."
